Adoptions

Many of the animals in our care have suffered severe neglect and abuse so they are looking for patient and undrstanding homes.
We help them get back on their paws and into loving new homes.
If you would like to adopt any of our rescued animals please fill out a contact form at the bottom of the page.

Ziggy

Once hunting season is over in Macedonia, the streets are filled with hunting dogs in a terrible state, who couldn’t “live up to the expectations”.
Ziggy was no exception sadly. He was found wandering the streets, malnourished and sick, desperately looking for food. We took him in, rehabilitated him and Ziggy is all better now, entirely healthy and ready for his forever home.

Buddy

Buddy was found severely neglected and malnourished, dumped on the streets by his previous owner. He weighed only 17kg at the time and it took him almost 6 months to recover. Buddy is a very friendly and gets along with the other dogs. He prefers female canine companions over males and ideally he would be an only dog or he could be homed with a female resident dog.

Susie

Susie and Lenny were regularly chased, attacked and beaten by people during their time on the streets and this was usually done due to their size. As a result, Susie suffered a broken pelvis and broken hind leg.
When checked by the vet, x-rays were also taken, we were informed that her injury is permanent and cannot be surgically fixed, however Susie is in no pain and is fully mobile.

Lenny

Lenny and his sister Susie were rescued from the streets, after they were repeatedly chased and beaten by locals. Lenny and Susie were born near a building site and the workers took care of them when they were little. However, once the building site was closed, Lenny and his sister were left to fend for themselves.
Lenny is very friendly and cheerful dog who could benefit from a home with an outdoor area where he can play.

Sharko

Sharko was a stray puppy who was found on the Macedonian streets with a broken leg and open sores on his skin when he was just 4-5 months old and has now made a full recovery.
Sharko is a very friendly, happy boy, in spite of everything he went through. He loves people, is great with kids and just wants love and attention. He gets on very well with other dogs and is gentle around cats too.

Capri

Rescued from the streets in Shtip, after we found him wandering around in a terrible condition.
That was 2 years ago and still nobody is showing interest in Capri. He is missing on all of life’s joys, just because nobody ever offered him a home.
Will you be the one to change his destiny?
Capri’s only flaw is that he is missing part of his tail as a result of someone’s cruelty

Buddy Jr.

Buddy Jr. was rescued as a pup, hiding under a garbage container, with no fur on his little, weakened body. His days were numbered and he didn’t stand a chance of surviving on the streets.
After his vet-check we put him in a private kennel where he’s been living ever since. All of his fur is back, Buddy Jr. is healthy and strong again. All he needs now is a forver family of his own.

Dona

Dona is a very friendly and sweet dog. She gets along well with other dogs, cats and people.
She can be homed with another resident dog or as an only dog. Dona likes walks and the outdoors and could definitely benefit from living with an active adopter or adoptive family.
She is not house trained, so potential adopters will need to work on that.

Lola

Lola is very sweet and friendly dog, sometimed she’s a bit shy, but only till she gets to know you.
Lola was rescued as a pup, after she had suffered a broken leg at only 2 months of age.
Sadly, Lola has been with us for almost 2 years and has spent her life in kennels. Lola has missed out on so much in life. Please give her a chance. Lola deserves to know what it’s like to have a home and family

Tiger

Tiger is healthy, medium-sized dog that loves to play. A bit shy at first with people she doesn’t know, but once she gets to know you she is extremely friendly. Tiger is in private kennel and has never lived in a home, therefore adopters willing to take the time with her to teach her the basics of house training are preferred.
